AWANA is a boys and girls club (children in Kindergarten thru 6th grade) that focuses on learning God's Word in a fun atmosphere. Each week, AWANA provides positive teaching and training that stresses strong moral and spiritual values and is a program that the whole family can be involved in. The emphasis of AWANA is on Bible memorization getting children involved in learning God's word and developing a personal relationship with Him. A typical club night consists of Game time (exciting team games), Handbook time (memory verse & lesson with their leaders), and Council time (Club Director or Leaders share a Gospel message). There are also Special Theme Nights and events such as the AWANA Grand Prix, the AWANA Olympic Games, Bible Quizzes, and Talent Competition. We are excited to start this new program and look forward to providing a safe and fun place where children can learn, grow, and experience the love of our wonderful God.
