VGCC has a strategic partnership with Beginning of Life Ministries in Chisinau, Moldova in Eastern Europe (near Romania). Beginning of Life, directed by Vladimir and Yulia Ubeivolc, works with local churches and public institutions in Moldova and other parts of Eastern Europe on the issues of human trafficking, HIV/AIDS, women in vulnerable pregnancies and public school assemblies regarding these vital issues. Vladimir is currently working on his PhD in Contextual Missiology and Yulia has a MA in Christian Counseling. The Ubeivolcs live with their daughter, Anna, in Chisinau.
